Negotiations with Coolibah started back in May, 2018.
Coolibah were initially proposing to cut your annual leave from 6 weeks to 4 weeks, but workers at Coolibah made their voice clear and told Coolibah that cutting the annual leave by 2 weeks was unacceptable.
In early October Coolibah came back to the table and said they would keep the 6 weeks annual leave, because this is clearly what workers wanted.
Now, Coolibah has now gone back on their word and wants to cut your annual leave by 2 weeks.
Send a clear message to Coolibah, tell them you will vote against any cut to your annual leave.
